The symbol in the photo is the distance travelled symbol and yours is showing 6214 since it was last reset.
Most people reset the counters when they fill up so it is often refereed to as distance since last fill up.
It has to be reset manually, scroll to the symbol and press and hold the button on the end on the wiper stalk for a few seconds and it will reset, some of the other functions you have scrolled through will also be reset at the same time like average speed MPG etc.
