Rear Axle...and?

Morning guys, I am about to change my rear axle on my Berlingo (2006/DW8 Engine)
I got a refurbished one from Imaxle.

I was wondering if it's advisable to change/renew anything else while the old axle is off such as the subframe bush mounts ect:?

Or just straight swap everything over?

Change it all , Its saves a lot of hassle in the long run . See the recent post about changing brake pipes when changing rear axle.
The new mountings will make it run quieter

Granted, I have recently had new drums, shoes and cylinders on the back anyway. The brake pipes are in pretty good condition if I am honest. So I think that just leaves the mountings if I am correct?
