Well hello everyone I hope we are all well.
Here I go again, I love to give a story, it makes things interesting so bear with me.
Back in September I sold my old Dorris (02 Partner) and I was murder to live with ever since but thankfully my actual partner was able to just about suffer along in silence, she's certainly a keeper. I sold her after all my business equipment was stolen due to not being able to run two vehicles times where tough etc etc.
Some of you may remember my post asking about the door not locking correctly which I managed to fix with the support of the forum so thank you for that.
Now I have always said if I had ten grand in my pocket I'd give it to the owner just to have my old girl back. Well didn't she appear on the mighty Facebook for sale just last Thursday and I was on it like a car bonnet. I didn't care if she had bullet holes everywhere and was hanging together by a thread I was having her back end of story. Thankfully she was just the way I had sold her except the lack of washing the outside and giving a wee run over with a Hoover. I know she's an old van but got to keep her looking good I'm very anal about things like that.
Anyway onto my question. I want to remove the front seats and tge trim around the handbrake and gear stick to get in and give it a good going over with a wet and dry give the carpets a good scrub etc. Is it a complete mission to remove all the parts mentioned or is it relatively straight forward?
One thing ibcan say for certain is I am going to keep Dorris until such times as I am buried along side her. She's not getting away this time
Thanks in advance
Daniel Laird
