Bleeping radio

Hiya, just had my vin number put in my radio and it's still bleeping  as it was before I had the vin number put in it,  and don't know what it could be.
Does anyone know what it might be?

Are you sure they got the vin number correct, the radio only beeps when it does not match.

Just had someone who deals with car radio put in the vin number and it was still  bleeping, so he will try again
