Hi, I.m a new member too with my first Berlingo which is 1900 on 04 plate. Seems to have adequate power but not too keen on acceleration past 60mph. To be fair previous car was 2.5 auto Range Rover with 6 cylinder BMW engine. In that when you pressed the throttle it dropped a few gears and shot forward at the same time you could see the fuel gauge dropping. I'm very pleased with the Citroen, the ride is good, car is comfortable, roomy (as much room as RR) and quite economical.

So,
Looking to get a bit more go as I have said, current plan is to fit the FMIC from a 1.6HDI, and get a map sorted accordingly, Ill probably do something with the cat too if I can. In terms of other bits, I have a 405MI-16 rear eam to go on with adjustable shocks torsion bar off a partner 800, discs and and ARB. Planning on sticking some Xsara VTS front springs on and hopefully 306 GTI-6 front discs/calipers
Also looking to get some replacement front seats.....
Jobs Done so far:
Replace OS engine mount & Gearbox mount (going to do the back one when I have time)
Renew gear linkages
renew inner and outer steering ball joints
Carbon fibre wrap centre console
Fit Xsara phase 1 VTS wheels
Tint rear window
Replace horrible gear nob with one out of a 307 rapier......
