Horn wiring
#1
Anyone know where the horn wires go from the steering wheel to the engine compartment. I need to wire a new horn for my mot, I have a new harness setup and ready to wire to the horn switch.
If anyone knows what colour the wires are or what numbers they are it would be helpful.
Thanks.

Possibly an easier way to access the horn switch is to unplug the live wire from the existing horn and route it to your new one.

Thanks but my problem was that there are some gremlins in the alarm or immobilisers where the horn was blowing every few minutes when I would turn off the ignition.
I thought if I wired it directly from the battery through the new harness and in to the steering wheel switch I could avoid this.
