Hi there, this is for a Berlingo1.9 d  2008 my blower heater was only working on the last speed for a while and now it has completely packed up.. I already posted a similar question a few months ago ..how do I change/check it? I am uusure of where it is located Thanks in advance for any replies..Franck .

Hi mate, it seems to be a transistor controller inside the blower unit, accessible from the passenger footwell. See this page for full info:
