Bonnet Bump Stops
#1
B9 XTR 110PS Can anyone tell me if there are supposed to be rubber bump stops fitted in the holes in the (plastic) radiator support member where the bonnet contacts it? It looks as if there should be but I don't see any in the manual. My Berlingo doesn't have any and the bonnet vibrates up and down in the bonnet catch adding to the normal Berlingo clatter on anything other than a perfectly smooth road.
Thanks,
Matt

Thanks, that's really helpful, I've got neither on mine, hence why it vibrates up and down on the latch!

Next is to track down the parts!

Just thought I'd come back on this one to say how much quieter my car has been since I've fitted the bump-stops. Great improvement! I've no idea how they came to be missing, must have been a previous owner, but it's worth others checking theirs are present next time they have the bonnet up.
