Hey folks. It's been a while.
Finally had to let my old 2l hdi multispace go (still running my 2l hid van though)
Any how I have picked up a very nice 2009 1.6 hdi.
On the day of pickup from a main dealer there was a panic because the car didn't go through smoke test.
The main dealer held on to the car for a few hours, used some diesel additive took the car out and obviously gave it a bit of a thrash.
Went through.
My problem is I can't seem to get a definitive awnser as to wether the car has a DPF.
I know there are a few of you gents out there who have more knowledge than the average Joe in the workshop.
The salesmen as ever were just trying to tell me whatever they thought I would want to hear.

I don't think it has a filter.
Been told it has, been told it hasn't, been told can't see one.
Lovely car though.
Any ideas please would be much appreciated.
