Hi there I’ve lost bottom end power very sluggish, when you keep the revs up she runs fine, plugged in scanner code 0299 comes up , the turbo seems fine no play or damage , she idles fine with no smoke , the egr valve is good , anyone any ideas thanks

P0299 is a turbo boost problem, maybe the waste gate is stuck or a pipe is loose?
