Non accessable alerts.

I have 2 alerts on my heading but clicking on it just makes it jump a bit,no access to alerts.Is there a change in the system?Ta.

I've got 119 but for what I don't know . The only thing is a cross in a black circle appears, extreme right hand top and when pressed nothing happens

On a PC - 
Right click on the Alerts and choose open in new tab / window, then you can see them.


On a tablet or mobile - 
press and hold on Alerts, then choose open in new tab / window.
