handsfree

I have a 15 plate tepee with the 7 inch touchscreen and the handsfree outgoing has never worked from day 1.incoming call is loud and clear but nobody can hear me.does anybody have a later model where the handsfree works properly ,if so please  can you tell me your software versions.SMEG ,Bluetooth and display.does anybody know if this should be updated at every service
