No instrument lights

I have a '00 van. I have dash warning lights and the LCD display is lit but nothing else lights up when the headlights are on, cratch: EXCEPT the headlamp adjuster.....which lights up!

I can feel the heater controls, I can hear the revs, the orange fuel light works but, not knowing my speed in speed camera areas is a problem in the dark.

I have checked the fuse (f2 5 amp) where else can I look?

F19 (5A) Is interior lighting
F30 (10A) is also instrument panel and interior lights.

Give them a check.

F19 is ok but cant check 30 as it only goes up to 28....unless I'm missing something
