Voice controls RD45

Hello folks. I have recently fitted a RD45 radio to my 2011 Berlingo. I have discovered it has Voice dialling for the phone. Has anyone got any info on how best to use this? as I find it sometimes takes a while to understand. I'm not sure what commands it recognises. Also where can I get a user manual?
