Internal roof bars on all models but roof liner not got little doors in?

So has anyone actually removed the roof lining on a 2008+? I would like to know if the internal roof bar location thingy is on all models and just doesn't have the little hatch things in the liner on cheaper models if you know what I mean. I will be removing the liner later in the year to recover it with something fancy but was hoping to find out sooner as this may prompt me to do it sooner.

I don't know if they are there and just covered up but I have found that all the wiring is in place for the flashlight in the boot area and under the front bumper for the fog lights. Give the liner a good touchy feely and you may find them.
