Diesel filter replacement - 2.0hdi
#1
Hi all
Thinking of changing the diesel filter on my '04 2.0hdi
( Siemens type housing with screw on collar ) .
Haynes manual makes it sound tricky , but watched a few videos online ( one in French - one in Russian ! )
that made it look simple enough .
Anyone got any advice ?

Pretty easy but the rings can be very tight so a very large pair of pipe grips helps

Believe me, you need one of these.
£12 well spent & you won’t believe how easy it is.
Ensures you tighten it correctly also
