hi,
does anyone know how easy is it to replace the jet wash pump and which side of the car it goes to the rear jet wash.
the rear jet has a pipe connected to it but not at the front, I have a 2002 berlingo. I would be grateful for any suggestion.

The washer bottle and pump is located in the offside wing behind the wing liner look from the engine bay down the filler neck and you can see it. Its easy to get at just remove the wheel then the fixings for the wing liner and you will see it in the front of the car. There is a few bolts and screws to get it out and the pump is a push fit in the housing with two water outlets. before you pull the pipes off make a note which pipe goes to which outlet. When refitting put some silicone grease or vaseline on the rubber grommet so it slides in easy don't push it through inside the bottle. Same with the neck in the engine bay it has an o ring and if it aint seated right it tends to leak.

I have been told that there is no hose for the rear jet but there is a hose on the rear jet wash, so where might the hose be in the front?

You should have a dual outlet pump one for the front and one for the back hence the advice to check which pipe is on which outlet

you need to start tracing the pipe to see if has been ripped out or come off the pump.
