Speed Limiter

Hi Guys

Ive bought a berlingo a while back,that has been fitted with a speed limiter, and it also knows when i m entering the congestion zone, as it tells me, anyone on here had similar kit removed from there's? and if so, how much was it?

Do i just take it to garage, or, do i need an auto electrician to deal with it?

Theres no record in the history of who fitted it.
