I removed this cause my fuel was not getting to the enjectors, what is this and how do i test it if it work...off the car

Could you post a couple of better pictures, preferably one with the doodad stil mounted in the car?

Into the fuel pump

Test by applying +ve battery voltage to the single cable and earth the casing back to the -ve battery terminal and the internal plunger should move.
