Replacement Mirror
#1
I've had a search but can't find what I'm after (someone may be able to point me in the right direction of a thread that already covers this?).

I've not had the berlingo long but from what I've read on here about flappy wing mirrors I'm guessing that both of mine have been replaced with cheap parts at some point.
The passenger side mirror is manually adjustable but I also have the electric adjuster down by the steering wheel, without removing it all to have a look is there a good chance that the wiring for an electric adjusting mirror is in there somehwere?
I'm hoping it was a cheap replacement where they bypassed the electrics to save on cost.
Am I right in thinking if the dashboard switch is there to adjust then it should have the wiring too? If so I will look for a genuine mirror from a breakers to replace it.

thanks

Yes it sounds like the original electric mirror was broken off and a manual one put on as a cheap replacement. The wiring should be in the door.
Are we there yet????? Huh

Sounds reassuring, I'll try and find a genuine replacement and give it a go.
