Try closing the window then hold the window switch up as if to close it for 5 seconds.

Maybe 5 seconds is too long, I think that may be for Renaults.
This is what the handbook says....
" Lower the window fully, then raise it,it will rise in steps of a few centimetres each time the control is pressed.Repeat the operation until the window is fully closed.Continue to press the control for at least one second after the window closed position has been reached"

Genius, just had the same problem after taking the switches out and cleaning them up due to a poor contact inside.
If anyone else is wondering how to get to the switches.
Gear boot up, three T20 crews
Trim panels each side footwell, centre both sides, 1 T20 each side
Centre console 1 T20 each side, pop the cover towards the rear.
Small flathead into the mounting tabs on the underside of the dash, release the switch from its housing downwards.
