Central locking problem

I have a 2003 berlingo and the central locking was working fine until I wasn't using the van for a few weeks when I went to start it the battery was flat I replaced the battery now my central locking does not work.
When I press the lock button on my remote there is a clicking in at the BSI and at all the door locks and my indicators flash but the locks don't go down it does the same thing when pressing the button on the dash or pushing the drivers door lock down.

Just a thought, if you can hear a clicking noise by the locks when pressing the door lock button on the dash, maybe there's another fuse to actually drive the lock solenoids? If not, perhaps there's a bad connection / earth somewhere preventing enough current to flow. Fuses are listed in the handbook.
A bit of a faff, but maybe disconnect all of the locks, then try them in turn?
