It has to be 16.5, very difficult to file the inner ring, its really strange i can't find them as they are essential for a tight fit, the ones i have in at the moment are leaking diesel and bubbling, also i think this is causing a pressure drop and causing the injectors to leak.
In the morning the van will not start without easystart.
I have changed the nozzles in all injectors, fitted new gasket to fuel filter and checked fuel lines, it has to be the o rings? where can i get them? oh yes i have a brand new injector,unused.......no copper washer?

Just to add,
don't overlook the leak off pipes that go from injector to injector, they become brittle and if they aren't air tight they will let in air and cause poor starting due to the fuel leaking back.

The part number is correct.
I looked the part up on Citroen service box, I went through the process of buying the part that's how I know the price.
You may not have access to service box so the alternative is the site below. (part #12 in the diagram)
https://www.catcar.info/citroen/?lang=en...I9PQ%3D%3D
Any Citroen / Peugeot dealer will be able to order the parts.

Citroen have a site called Service Box but you have to have an account to access it, it was here that I got the part number and price from.
I couldn't put up a link to the diagram on the Citroen service box site because you wouldn't have been able to see it as you don't have an account, so I looked up the part on the catcar site and put a link to that so you could see it along with the part number.
I use the catcar site a lot to get part numbers (as do other forum members) and you also have the ability to post a link to the diagrams which is helpful on the forum when trying to explain or point out items.
If you get the part number from the catcar site you can order the parts at any Citroen dealer using the part numbers as they are the same as the numbers on Citroen service box.
