Yes the bearing will probably be seized into the housing, you can either fight it on the car or remove the housing (engine mount) along with the drive shaft and work on it on the bench.

I had to resort to violence the bearing was stuck,,...
A few blows with a mallet freed it..

Make sure you are 100% sure you have repaired the clutch fork to better than new or you could be doing the whole job again a few miles down the road.
Are we there yet????? Huh

it had a couple of grooves in it ..
I have welded them up and profiled it back to how it should be..

 I thing the welded metal will be stronger than the steel the the fork is made of
