Looking like a good start.

I would have cut the end piece of the lefthand side unit so that it matched the righthand side, and added a hole, or cut a 'U' shaped bit out of the top edge.
Or made the righthand side panel the same size as the lefthand side and used cabinet hinges for easy access to that storage space, also.
Something so that the sides have a more similar appearance.
But that may just be me overthinking stuff.
