Just found quite a good how to video for changing the cam belt and water pump on a 1.6hdi, its filmed on an M59 Partner, but most of it is the same as it is on a B9 with the 1.6Hdi.

I've got to do my Berlingo this week, but I have done one before on a C3 with the DV4 16v engine (basically the same as the DV6). He disconnects the fuel lines in the video, this is the official method, but what I would say is don't bother disconnecting the fuel lines, you can just unclip them from the cam cover and move them out of the way - you won't get dirt in them that way.
