Desmontar puerta lateral

Buenos días a todos: 
Tengo un problema con la puerta lateral izquierda, no se puede abrir desde el interior.
Se buscó en los foros pero lo que he visto no me ayuda para empezar de cero.
Os agradezco vuestras sugerencias, toda la ayuda que podáis prestar.
Es una berlingo multiespace del 2010

I have a problem with the left side door, it can not be opened from the inside.

Sliding door? Try cleaning and lubricating the catch mechanism on the bottom door runner.
