Hi,
Have a 2016 multispace xtr with 16" alloys. Have just bought some winter steelies (ALCAR 8477). Can anyone tell me if I need new bolts for with these? They look like they need a tapered bolt. Have taken one of the original bolts off and these don't look suitable.
Many thanks in advance,
N.

Yes Steel wheels will need new bolts.
Usually dirt cheap from a breakers yard and will be the same ones on C4's and 307's if not the whole PSA range.
Just make sure you get all the same size heads on them, Citroen did change the size of the head on most of their range at one point - the threaded part of the bolts are the same, it's just you need a different size wheel brace to fit them.

Sorry still confused!
Isn't the spare a steelie intended for the same bolts?
Also descriptions of this wheel (ALCAR 8477) suggest it is specifically manufactured for the blingo / partner etc. and therefore can use the original bolts.

If the bolts from your alloy wheels look like the bolts in the picture yes they will secure a steel wheel but they stick out and don't look like they are fastened properly.
Looking at the bolt, the taper part just up from the thread is the part that holds the steel wheel, the flat part with the washer on is the part that holds the alloy wheel.
Try your steel spare on and you'll see what I mean about them sticking out.
You will need a set of bolts for steel wheels.
