Front calipers

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if an 06 reg Berlingo 1.6hdi calipers are the same as a Peugeot 207?

I've seen some used ones for sale on eBay and they're listed as compatible, they look the same, but they all seem a lot cheaper than the Berlingo ones for sale.

Different part numbers according to the PSA parts catalogue.

I would just buy some new or refurb ones from Euro car parts or similar then sell your old ones on ebay.
