Speed Limiter Throttle Pedal.
#1
So I couldn't find much info about which accelerator pedals are compatible with the speed limiter function.

Basically for those who are unaware, if you retro fit a cruise control stalk with the 'limit' function on it. Then you need a new accelerator pedal to make the limit function work properly. The Limiter pedal has a switch at the end of it's travel so you can go past the set speed by flooring it.

There are different part numbers for throttle pedals, however they all supersede to the later ones.

If you look at the top of the pedal you'll see it has at least 'G' or 'D' on it. This stands for left and right, right hand drive pedals will have D (Droite - French for right). If you only have G or D then this isn't a pedal for speed limiters. What you're looking for is LVV next to the D (or G), this stands for Limite Vitesse Volontaire - Voluntary speed limiter. This helps a lot when looking at used pedals on eBay or on a partially stripped vehicle in a breakers.

Probably a daft question, but does the CC stalk with just the CC function work ok with either pedal?
Thanks

That's good news as I have a stalk with just CC that I'd like to try at some point on my B9.

Sorry to butt in but I have CC and limiter stalk, my pedal says D but nothing else. Do I need a LVV pedal?

D means Droite, or "right" in French. You can use the cruise function of the stalk with it but not the speed limiter (which sets a max speed for the throttle pedal) as the pedal for this is marked LV VD for "Limite Voluntaire Vittesse Droite" or Voluntary Speed Limiter Right in French.
