Remove rear bumper on 2018 berlingo multispace

Hey everyone. I need to remove the rear bumper of my 2018 berlingo multispace but all the advice online I can find are for either different models or models that are at least 5 years old. Would anyone be able to point me to one that should still apply?

The rear bumpers on the B9 Multispaces are all the same, so instructions for a 5 year old car will still be applicable. The van bumpers are basically the same too, they just have slightly different end caps.

Even if by 2018 you mean the very latest K9 Berlingo that only came out a couple of months ago, the rear bumper fitting will likely be the same as the B9, as the back end of the car is basically unchanged aside from some minor cosmetic differences.
