bought another berlingo 1.6 hdi 92 hp model, but an hr in to my new purchase the turbo went, the garage had fitted a new turbo under warranty because the previous turbo had failed, so what are they doing wrong, i think oil feed problems, they said they fitted new feed and return oil pipes, a motor factors i use said when fitting new turbo oil and filter should be changed run for 1hr30, then drain another new filter and oil, run again for 1hr30, then drain another oil filter and oil, so 3 oil and filter changes, i suspect oil going to feed is blocked, also i have my old peugeot partner 2.0hdi 90, and ive a 406hdi 110 would any of these turbos fit any advice would be a great help thanks adam

Easy simple way to see if you are getting oil through to the turbo is unplug crank sensor disconnect the oil feed pipe going into the turbo and turn the engine over.

On a side note : Would be interested to know if many/any here have removed the filter from the banjo bolt going to turbo?
