Door light switch - HELP!!!

Hey folks!

Does anyone knows how to connect the door light switch? My dome light is working. It also turns on when I open the trunk door but not when I open the front doors. The switch has two metal pieces but the connector only has one entry.

Is also any other way to troubleshoot this problem? What else can I test to see what's wrong with the door / dome light?

Also does anyone knows where those door light switches are connected to? fusebox?

Door light switches are often wired so the single wire connects to ground / earth when the door is opened. You can test this by putting a 12v bulb in series between the single wire going to the switch & a known good earth. If both bulbs light, you will know where your problem is.
There is an M59 handbook in the top of that section of the forum, but I doubt if the fuses are the same. There's also a Haynes manual somewhere on the forum, a search should find it.
