I am selling my beloved Berlingo
#1
Hi Everyone

I am selling my beloved Bertie Berlingo and would really like him to go to someone who would appreciate him.

His details are:-

HDi Multispace Desire
Sept 2005
85K miles
MOT April 2019
Metallic dark red
Custom made dog gate
chrome accessories

I have had him for 12 tears and he has never let me down, i am only selling him now as we have decided to get a four wheel drive as we live on an estate that is treacherous in winter,

I am not asking a specific price as it is more important to me that he goes to someone who will treasure him as I have.

So if any enthusiasts would like to make me an offer please get in touch - I would just like some money to donate to a local school please.

We are located near Nottingham, he can be viewed any time and my email is suewills1@hotmail.co.uk

kind regards, Sue

Did you consider sticking some all season tyres on it rather than go the 4x4 route? I've recently put Michelin CrossClimates on mine and it gives a lot of confidence (and it's quieter too). A 4x4 may go slightly better but it won't brake any better than your trusty Berlingo... tyres make so much more difference:

Thank you for your advice but I am afraid it is a "done deal"......the jeep is on the drive! x

Update

Someone emailed me some questions that I thought others might be interested in:-

- New cam belt fitted about three years ago

- All tyres are good

- No dents on bodywork which was partially resprayed five years ago

- I would accept £400

Also, this morning my hubby has bought him a brand new (£100) battery as he has been in the garage for two months and the battery was struggling to start him

I know it is too close to Christmas to be spending money on a car but if anyone is interested I can take a small deposit and reserve him for you to pay later...............I would really like him to go to a fellow enthusiast Smile
