B9 tuning update

Regal tuning were unable to provide a file for a remap on my 2010 1.6hdi 109bhp so I have asked for a refund.

Easy to fit in the glove box and the car now feels much quicker. Loving it. 

Currently toying with the idea of a cone filter but the K and N set up is crazy expensive for what it is.

Tbh I wouldn’t fit any kind of plug in tuning box...

Unless it’s custom done on a rolling road specifically for my engine it isn’t being put anywhere near my engine being very honest

The 110 1.6hdi can be remapped to 140bhp by hdi tuning and they also do a vnt turbo and injector conversion for the 75 and 90bhp engines also to achieve 140ish bhp with the 110bhp turbo and injectors

I tried to get a tune but the map for my 109 hp version wasn't forthcoming. This is working great. I've used similar on other cars with no issues. Unless I'm working with a 300hp beast I'm not going to spend money on a rolling road.

Where are you getting 109bhp from? They do a 110bhp but not a 109?

My 2010 XTR is the 91hp version I'd be very interested to find out more about a 140hp conversion. Who does this or any other info would be great thanks.

Thanks for posting it's an interesting read. Also interesting to see that they've linked the HDI Tuning guide for refurbing the turbo.
