FAULTY REAR SEAT BASE

Just noticed a deep crease appeared in one of my rear seat bases after only seven weeks, seems that the foam on that seat is incorrect size and causing a crease/fold where it joins the bolstered piece.-will have to contact Citroen to replace or repair,I suppose-Has anyone had this problem ? And if so, was it fixed by Citroen ?
