Conrod torque setting

Hi looking for a bit of help I've got a 1.9d dw8 engine 
I'm looking for some one who knows what torque setting it is for conrods after inhalation of water two bent rods total nightmare but I'm handy with the spanners so replaced two connecting rods but can't find anywhere that tells me what to torque them to 
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED thanks

Stage 1 : 20 Nm

Stge 2 : Angle tighten a further 70 degrees
