[Warning Light] airbag ecu

hi everyone can anyone tell me if the air bag ecu is coded to the car. I bought one with the same part numbers but the air bag light is still on, tried all the plugs under seats and they are fine

I don't know if it's coded, but did you also check the 'clockspring' for the steering wheel? There are some posts on here about it that can probably be found with a search.
There are some sellers on ebay that sell fused resistors to aid diagnosis, at least one of them has the correct ratings for the Berlingo.

You will need Lexia to get error codes.

I had the lights come on on a C5. There were some wiring connectors under the carpet in the passenger side footwell, just needed cleaning up. But we really need some codes so we aren't just guessing.

An issue with a used Airbag ECU is on a lot of cars once they've been in an accident the ECU records this and locks its self. They're supposed to be replaced after an accident.
