MFD/Driving computer and oem radio questions.

Hi all. Im looking to switch back to an original radio and mounting steering wheel controls.

The thing is, my vehicle only have a clock mounted where the combined radio/clock screen is. 

Is it possible for me to mount a higher spec screen with radio info, or is there an oem radio with a screen built into it? 

The reason im asking this question, that's probably been asked a million times, is that all my searches only got results on upgrading the radio/clock display and not the lowest spec one, that just has one big clock.

I hope this makes sense, since english is not my first language.
