Hi all 
The location of the speed sensor says it is on the right side ,But is that the drivers side (UK) or the passengers side

The right as viewed from the drivers seat is the normal rule.

Thank you I will pass that on to the tech who said he could not find the speed sensor

The car is on a 60 plate with the following faults , No power steering , No speedo reading , ABS light on. , Engine management light on , Battery light on

The tech thought he would try the speed sensor first

I'd be tempted to try reading the fault codes first.

What model is your 2010 car?

Did they have electric power steering in 2010?

all these lights on, one should first test the voltage of the battery... It is very likely that that is the problem...

OK, as with Luis, it could well be an electrical problem. If the EML is on, there might be a fault code to give a hint but the best place to start is the battery.

Does the engine start?

Yes the car starts and runs apart from the bleeping and warning lights it runs fine
Lucky my mot is not due for 6 months , I should not drive it bacause of the faults but needs must , Lucky I have a works van for work
