New Berlingo Ordered
#1
So I've taken the plunge. New vehicle ordered. Berlingo Flair M EAT8 in Onyx Black with XTR pack and extras. Lead time August/September 2019. Got a great deal through AutoeBid who smashed £7000.00 off the dealer price (£21.500 as opposed to £28,500). Very happy to wait for 69 reg. Apparently the 130 engines are the most popular hence the wait. Anyone else taken delivery already of their new Berlingo? Thoughts or reviews? Or anyone thinking of buying one? TIA

Hi I’ve had mine on order for 2 months now. We’re getting a flair as well XTR pack plus all the add extras they rang up from the dealers 2 weeks ago and said it could be October before it gets here. They said that Citroen didn’t think there would be such a high demand for the auto box. Can5 wait. I’ve got my old one back off my son. 2013 air dream. Still going well so far touch wood.

drivers seat feels like its starting to fall apart inside - something is loose but the dealership can't find it, think it maybe to do with the lumbar support.

I had a panel under the steering wheel that kept popping off - been sorted now. I also get the occasional issue with the rear view live camera but thats only minor.

This will be my fourth Berlingo and have never had any issues at all, I tried to get a 1.6hdi but to no avail, had to have a 1.5 instead.
dont like the idea of things falling apart....

Hope you have luck with this.
I ordered one back in March and was meant to be delivered in June.
Nothing happened then they said August.
Still nothing and they can’t even confirm if it has been built and Citroen wholesale just aren’t answering questions so I finally gave up and cancelled.
Now looking at alternatives in stock instead.

I ordered mine through Autoebid, an online broker. They have been superb. I ordered it in January. It is being delivered on the 20th September. They kept me informed of potential delivery dates. I could have had it in August but I decided to wait for the 69 reg. Great service, great price.
