New/ alternative seats ?
Some M49 have the pre-tensioner, but thats only the ones with airbags.
(My first M49 didn't have airbags. )

The real issue here is that the seatbelt stalk is attached to the seat, not the floor of the car.
If the stalk was mounted to the floor, the tensioner would have been in the floor, also, and no issues.

In newer models it's possible that the stlk is floor-mounted, or that the tensioner is built into the spooling mechanism or the 'fixed' point' end of the belt.

Anyway, replacing a seat with pre-tensioner with a seat without would be considered 'messing with a safety device' and heavily discouraged.

The same with mounting points for the seats.
The seats are a critical part of passenger safety, and have been designed to absorb a lot of power, and critically, relies on the mounting points to do this.

I wouldn't even think about swapping seats unless they use the same runners as the old seats.
Well the seats in the back have no pretensioners and are just bolted to the chassis using a steel frame. I’m thinking of making up hybrid seats using parts from both that will retain the pretensioners whilst using the new seats.
I appreciate your comments but I will find a way of using them
