[WTB] A Chea - KEY request

Fingers crossed on this one. My Mk 3 Bingo (B9) came second hand with some genuine Citroen roof bars fitted to the rails but without a key to unlock/remove them. My Citroen dealer confirmed the roof bars are the genuine article but inspite of proof of ownership, would not supply just the key alone!   By the key slot on one of the bars is what I presume to be the id number of the "required" key .... 016

Assuming this means that there are only 999 combinations, would one of you out in "Bingo World" happen to have the same combo on your vehicle. If so I'd happily pay for you to cut and post a key in my direction. The only other option is to drill the roof bars off and this seems an incredible waste.
