Shock absorbers ( dampers ) don't control ride height so don't buy any of them for goodness sake it will be a waste of money as they won't fix your problem in the slightest.
The suspension springs control ride height but in a Berlingo are in the form of torsion springs so cannot be easily altered. From my understanding you can replace the spring with a stronger one, I'm sure others will advise in more detail but it will be a big and possibly an expensive job.
