can any one please help .
the drivers side window will go down with switch but will not go up ,motor works when connected direct to 12v supply, when testing switch poweris shown on both sides when switched in both directions , the two wires at motor show power when window is put down but when trying ton put upboth wires are dead, iwas wondering if a relay is not working or is there a break in wire, it would be helpful if i could get a wiring diagram for the electric windows

Mine is similar, the driver's side often won't work when it's cold outside but the passenger side is fine. I think it's that extra component located somewhere near or on the BSI. It should be possible to bypass it.
Please post a reply on how you get on?

I think it's item 6030 on both diagrams that you need to find, if you then scroll down to the 3rd page you can see that on window(1) it's in box B above the clutch pedal & in window(2) it's in box C somewhere in the region of the BSI.

I'm surprised that a breaker says it's unavailable as it's a standard feature AFAIK. From looking at the wiring, it should be possible to bypass so that the driver's window operates in the same way as the passenger's window. In any case, it would be good to know how you get on.
