[Transmission] Berlingo 2014 Automatic Gearbox fault code

Hello All, 
Please assists as during driving I got a error code showing as gear box fault Stop , but Van was keep moving, then I notice as soon as gear change fault goes off - Its an automatic van 1.6 diesel, it happened first time today twice time during the journey.

I was also noticing some from few days when van is cold some pulley kind of noise but when only its need power in first gear. 

IS there anyway you guys can help me out.

The main two issues with the gearbox are that the clutch fails.
This causes difficulty for the mechanisms to change gear, just like you would yourself if the clutch was failing.
Secondly the gear change mechanism can fail, although this is relatively rare.
The gearbox fault light can be caused bu other issues, such as an abs fault, but normally this will be accompanied by the appropriate warning message.
The only way to. Be sure is to get it checked on Diagbox by someone who understands how it all works.
