28/05/2019 11%
29/05/2019 21%
30/05 2019 36%
02/06/2019 53%
03/06/2019 79%
Then later on today, I took the car out for a spin with Diagbox running and when the filter load reached 85%, it regenerated, and now the load is at 1%

Thanks for the information and I will physically check the eloys bag over the next few days to see if it is empty or leaking.
It was changed at 81000 miles because it was leaking, so the current bag has done about 31000 miles
Do you know if the sensor for the injection of eloys is activated by the filler flap or the filler cap?
Thanks
Maybe when you changed the leaking bag last time, the counter was not reset. Then all this makes sense: You still have 70k miles worth of EOLYS in the new bag, but the system counts that your original bag has done 100k miles and is empty. You just need to reset and the warning goes away, but try to reset to the volume left in the bag (about 2/3 ?). If not then make a mental note that your bag will be empty in the next 70k miles, and you should refill/replace the EOLYS bag at this time because there will be no warning.
Edit: the fuel cap has a pair? of magnets on it, and that is how it triggers the EOLYS system. This can also be your problem...

I found the following info on the Peugeot forum, it would be interesting for future ref to know if it works on a Berlingo, or can be adapted to work:

EASY WAY TO TEST THE FUEL CAP SWITCH in 2 MINS......
This may have been mentioned before but if not here goes...
To save having to take the car apart to test the fuel cap switch with a meter etc you can do the following:
To make it even easier get hold of your spare car key.
1 - Open the fuel flap and remove the fuel cap and put it aside with the key left in it.
2 - Close the fuel flap and with your spare car key get in the car and start the engine.
3 - The MFD will then display a warning that the fuel cap is not present if the reed switch is working.
4 - Turn car off, replace fuel cap and start car again, should have no message on MFD.

@ Lighty
No the warning message is still there even though the regeneration is taking place
@ luis Rosa
The bag was changed in a Citroen Dealership and I checked via Diagbox when I got it back that it had been reset
This doesn't mean there isn't an issue with it though
@ cancunia
Will check if there is a warning message when I remove the cap and start the car when I go for my lunch today
If I don't get a warning message, what then?
Will get back to you all afterwards

OK, removed the filler cap and started the engine and had no message on the display regarding the missing cap just the 'Risk of Filter Blocking' one which has always been there.
I did notice that when I put the cap back on, the key will only turn to lock when the cap in one of the two possible positions.
Is this the same on all Berlingos

I have the feeling that my cap acts exactly the same way as you describe above.
In your place, my next action would be checking the bag/pump, and maybe test the fuel filler cap with a different cap (maybe borrow one from someone you know?). The pump is known to act up every now and then...I have no idea how to test the pump...I think diagbox does it...
When my PUG partner tepee did 175000 km (more or less the 110k miles you have?) it also started giving the alarm for filter plugging, although everything was in place and working. So besides resetting the EOLYS tank level (that I filled up myself), I also told the BSI that It had a new DPF installed. During winter time, It gave me the warning more often, but then I just ran it on the motorway full throttle for 20 minutes (Its Germany, no speed limits) when the alarm was on, and then the message went away. This was more pronounced during winter time, now in the warmer weather I have had no more messages. The Van and original DPF are now 185k km and going...

Is there a way to tell the BSI that a new DPF has been fitted? Am just wondering if some kind of mileage or tank fills limit has been reached. With Lexia there's a 'new equipment' or similar option, not sure how you do this with Diagbox.

This is exactly what I have done with Diagbox on my van. I thought if there is a counter for the number of tanks, then they should also have a counter for the number of regens of the DPF. So I did it, I told the BSI I had installed a new one, while keeping the old in place, and so far it has done 10k km, no big issues...

OK, got another cap to test from a friend and my warning message was still there
Next is to get underneath and physically check the bag is not empty
If not empty, then going to have to test the pump somehow
I'm going to assume it's electrically operated by something like a 'push to make' switch which may be activated by magnets in the filler cap as it is locked with the key, but this is just a guess until I can have a closer look

From what I read on the following link, the amount of fluid added is in proportion to the amount of fuel added.
http://c4owners.org/plugins/faq/faq.php?0.cat.10.44
If so, chances are that the EOLYS ECU is connected to the BSI via CANBUS & somehow so is the filler cap sensor. Are there actuator tests for the EOLYS pump & the fuel cap sensor? Sorry, am not a Diagbox user so don't know exactly where to look, but in Lexia there are various indicators / test to show for example if the clutch pedal is pressed & to make the AC compressor engage.

I think Diagbox does this test in the startup of the program (Global test), and if there are any errors from the fuel additive system they will be displayed...
I am really leaning towards the hypothesis that your BSI counter was not reset when your bag was replaced...even if you have a broken/empty bag, the system cannot know it, as it relies on the counter alone to calculate how much is left in the bag. So either a bad electric part (pump, fuel cap sensor) - and these should yield an error on diagbox global test - or a non reset counter are in the origin of your problem.
