Parts compatability

Hi all,

My 1st post (apart from the introduction one!) so please be gentle...

Just picked up a 2001 (Mk1 ?) Multispace 1.6 petrol - mechanically it seems pretty well looked after, but is very tired visually.

Wanted to refresh the inside & out a bit & was wondering what parts were compatible with the slightly later model, upto 07/08 as they look quite the same on the outside apart from the revised front ?

Mainly seats & doors I was looking to swap over.

I think the seats are the same for M49 & M59. Take a look at catcar.info and check the part numbers between the different models for the seat frames. I'm not at all sure about the doors though.
On the M59, you can swap the seat cushions between driver & passenger seat. I've just done that & it made a real difference to comfort.

I have a 2002 Berlingo and my older one was the 2004 model. I was able to swap the rear seats but the front seats’ rails are located differently so weren’t compatible. Hope this helps.
