help please

hi guys new to group
i have a question if anybody could help 
berlingo mk1 
unlock van get in close door
key in turn dash lights come on i get a beep  noise x1  glow plug light go out carry on turning key  start like a dream just wondering what the BEEP IS FOR    many thanks

Is brake fluid low??? it needs to be right at the max mark or slightly above. You get a bleep when fuel is low. Could be a door open warning. Cant think of any more off the top of my head.
