Is it possible to retrofit the later touchscreen head unit into a 2010 berlingo? I have tried searching yet can't seem to find any results?

I’d say no. It’s all part of the BSI and I’m sure the later models with touchscreen will have an updated BSI unit to go with them.

I'm not sure you'd really want to either, several downsides to this (SMEG) unit
Phone connectivity not good if you haven't got one of a fairly small list of very specific phones to use the mirrorlink, car-play, android auto.
Shuts down quickly if run with ignition off
The nav in the nav version isn't the best
Its DAB so you'd need to change the aerial too
Probably better to get a aftermarket (Alpine, Kenwood etc) unit and buy the patch-leads to retain steering wheel control etc
